Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist an entire state with loan applications and related processes.
• Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone.
• Process loan applications for approval or denial.
• Post payments and prepare loan documents for closing on renewals.
• Maintain an organized, professional work environment and support branch goals.
