Qualifications

• Water/WasteWater licensure preferred.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of facility operators and contractors with focus on safety and compliance.
• Oversee onboarding and training of new employees.
• Lead regular staff meetings and share company updates.
• Manage work orders and ensure proper close-out and reclassification.
• Enforce Aqua safety policies and site safety audits.
• Coordinate with operations groups to meet work demands.
• Manage operational budgets and assist with capital project funding.
• Maintain asset records and inventory of parts and equipment.
• Represent the company in meetings with utilities and regulators.
