Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record criteria.
• Minimum 3 years of professional protective service experience.
• Ability to write effective and concise reports in legible handwriting.
• Ability to use independent judgment and discretion.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact with all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned post locations regularly to monitor performance and ensure site coverage.
• Provide on-the-job training to new employees at posts.
• Respond to call-offs and assist with scheduling changes at the site.
• Identify personnel issues and report to Operations Manager or HR.
• Administer actions under direction of management and document appropriately.
• Distribute information to posts and obtain acknowledgements.
• Respond to client or site emergencies as they arise.
