Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor in Florida to manage on-site security operations, staff scheduling, and compliance with contract requirements. The role emphasizes training, performance oversight, and client interaction at the site level.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of security leadership, active DoD Secret Clearance, and the ability to supervise personnel, manage schedules, and coordinate with management. This full-time on-site position offers growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have prior military, law enforcement, corrections, or 3+ years of security experience.
• Must have an ACTIVE DoD Secret Clearance.
• Must pass state-required training or licensing qualifications for licensing.
• Must pass a state licensing test if driving company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Must possess one or more of the following: active military service, Auxiliary Police or Police Cadets, or 1+ year supervisory experience in security.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all security on-site, including staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for Allied Universal personnel.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Minimize overtime per AUS requirements.
• Inspect security personnel and performance to ensure quality and contract compliance.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and security surveys; prepare post orders.
• Recommend personnel actions for subordinates and respond to client requests.
• Issue emergency notifications and provide directions to staff as needed.
• Support disciplinary actions and cost-reduction recommendations with management.
• Provide guidance to subordinates and ensure effective teamwork.
