Job summary

Community Partners in Action is seeking a Field Supervisor for Hartford Community Court in Hartford, CT. This role oversees community service projects and ensures proper documentation of defendant hours, equipment readiness, and safety across sites.

Associate's degree with 2 years of human services or 4 years in similar projects is required; supervisory experience and bilingual English/Spanish are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree and two years' experience in community-based projects with emphasis on Human Services or related field; or four years' experience with similar exposure.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Some case management experience is desirable.
• Ability to work with diverse populations with cultural competency and community awareness.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of respect, empathy, belonging and eliminate bias in our beliefs, rules and systems.
• Develop and maintain community service projects.
• Implement public relations/awareness activities at community service sites.
• Coordinate and develop team interaction at community service projects.
• Assess equipment needs and ensure vehicle readiness based on sites.
• Verify and document completion of defendant community service hours.
• Ensure control of emergency situations and timely notifications.
• Maintain records (logs, forms, etc.) and agency policies.
• Maintain a safe work environment and professional conduct.
• Drive and manage agency vehicles with proper safety and maintenance reporting.
