Job summary

Mercy Housing & Shelter Corporation seeks a Team Supervisor to oversee case management programs and a team of Community Social Workers and Peer Support Specialists in Hartford. You will guide staff, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with partners to deliver housing-focused services.

The role includes scheduling, supervising, and ensuring compliance with funder requirements. A relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required and a CT driver's license is necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college/university or 2–3 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Preferably with homeless persons, persons with mental illness and/or substance abuse.
• Must have valid Connecticut driver’s license and clean driving record with proof of automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise workflow of Community Social Workers and Peer Support Specialist, set goals and monitor performance.
• Provide weekly/monthly supervision and maintain supervisory notes.
• Train new hires in case management and in Smartsheet, DDAP, HMIS.
