Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience; homeless services preferred.
• Valid Connecticut driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Experience training staff in case management and software.

Responsibilities

• Manage workflow of Community Social Workers and Peer Support Specialist; set goals and monitor performance.
• Train new hires in case management and Smartsheet/DDAP/HMIS.
• Create and maintain team schedules using Outlook; approve PTO and timecard exceptions.
• Provide weekly/monthly supervision notes and feedback; maintain client files and documentation.
• Monitor data integrity in Smartsheet, DDAP, HMIS; ensure timely data entry.
• Ensure compliance with funder requirements and conduct annual/quarterly evaluations.
