Responsibilities

  • Supervise and monitor resident activities in a safe environment; de-escalation as needed.
  • Advocate for participants; encourage program participation and accountability.
  • Act as mediator to resolve resident conflicts in a solutions-focused manner.
  • Maintain professional boundaries with residents, staff, volunteers, and visitors at all times.
  • Serve as a positive role model and uphold program guidelines and ethics.
