Job summary

SOLV Energy, LLC seeks a Superintendent to lead field operations on a Flagstaff, AZ solar project. You will supervise direct reports and subcontractors, ensure safety and quality, coordinate with owners and designers, and maintain CPM schedules while traveling as required.

The ideal candidate has an engineering or construction management background with 8+ years in field supervision, deep knowledge of construction methods and safety standards, and the ability to develop cost effective solutions

Responsibilities

• Supervise direct reports and subcontractors to ensure project success.

• Maintain CPM schedules and coordinate logistics to avoid delays.
• Lead by example with a strong work ethic and renewable energy focus.
• Enforce safety procedures and participate in safety training.
• Review drawings and specs, chair pre-job conferences.
