Qualifications

• Engineering, construction management, or architectural degree or equivalent experience (2 years as assistant superintendent).
• Strong leadership and communication capabilities are required.
• Ability to read and understand specifications for all crafts.

Responsibilities

• Manage direct reports and subcontractors in field areas, providing guidance and supervision to ensure project success.
• Recruit, organize, train, supervise, and coordinate the regional field construction team, fostering collaboration, safety, and quality.
• Develop and maintain relationships with project owners, architects, and stakeholders to drive project objectives.
• Enforce safety procedures and participate in the Safety Training Program to ensure compliance with regulations.
