Job summary

NRP Investments LLC is seeking a Project Superintendent to coordinate and supervise on-site construction for residential multi-family projects. You will ensure work aligns with contract documents, safety and scheduling commitments, and manage field operations from ground to occupancy.

Responsibilities include coordinating permits, subcontractors, safety meetings, and progress reporting, while maintaining quality and communication across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction or Civil field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing multifamily construction projects.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and MS Project.
• Strong oral communication and writing skills.
• Solid understanding of construction principles and techniques.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Organize sequencing of field operations, staging of materials and satellite office.
• Prepare project updates, documentation and related administrative duties.
• Ensure safety protocols per company program and applicable codes.
• Supervise on-site construction activities to meet design and project commitments.
• Coordinate deliveries and material staging for a safe, clean work environment.
• Approve monthly subcontractor and vendor payment applications.
• Report to the project manager and advise on project issues.
• Complete progress reports and related project documentation.
