Job summary

Bechtel Global Corporation in Houston, TX is seeking a Field Subcontracts Manager to lead day-to-day subcontract management on LNG project sites.

You will manage staffing plans, allocate workload, enforce contract provisions, and provide guidance to the team, while coordinating with Construction, Safety, Quality and Project Controls to meet the project schedule.

The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree and 10–17 years of commercial construction experience.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s or master’s degree (or international equivalent).
• 10–13 years of relevant commercial construction experience or 15–17 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure field team's compliance with IWPPs and contract management procedures.
• Represents Supply Chain and Subcontracts in site meetings.
• Coordinates transfer of responsibilities with Home Office Formation team.
• Provides day-to-day work assignments and guidance on internal/external communications, subcontract interpretation and coordination with Construction, Project Controls, Safety, Quality.
