Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Field Subcontracts Manager for LNG projects on the US Gulf Coast (TX or LA). You will lead a field team, manage subcontract execution, and ensure compliance with the Project Execution Plan to support on-site construction and client deliverables.

Requires bachelor’s or master’s degree and 10–13 years of related construction experience, with strong knowledge of contract administration, pricing, change orders, and leadership of multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Requires strong commercial construction experience.
• Experience with IWPP requirements and multi-discipline projects.
• Expert knowledge of contracting practices and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field management and monitoring of subcontractors across multiple scopes.
• Allocate workload, supervise performance, and ensure compliance with project plans.
• Interface with Home Office and site functions to ensure timely execution and client deliverables.
• Oversee change management, negotiations, and claims processes with subcontractors.
