D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Field Stormwater Compliance Representative to provide field oversight for an area of 10–25 communities, ensuring division NPDES program compliance with federal, state and local regulations.

This role interfaces with corporate environmental teams and development staff to maintain program integrity and regulatory alignment. Ideal candidates will hold a high school diploma or GED, pursue required stormwater certifications, and demonstrate strong communication skills.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain and maintain certification under the DHI Advanced Stormwater Training Program within six months of employment.
• Possess or obtain within one year two of the following trainings: QSM, USEPA Stormwater Training Certification, or state-specific stormwater training/certification.
• Must have a vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain an effective on-going division NPDES management program in compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with third party environmental contractors for stormwater and wetlands NPDES compliance.
• Communicate with management officials regarding regulatory agency concerns.
• Conduct QA audits of design, administrative and in-field practices; provide corrective action directives.
• Assist in training division personnel on NPDES compliance.
• As directed, prepare or review SWPPPs for the division.
• Travel as needed; work overtime.
• Oversee a field program across 10–25 developments.
