D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Division Stormwater Compliance Specialist I to manage the Division Stormwater Management Program under NPDES and related regulations. The role entails preparing and submitting regulatory permit applications and coordinating the Division’s compliance activities across divisions.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ year stormwater experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to obtain national certifications. Some travel and occasional weekends may be required.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One or more years of stormwater related experience preferred.
• Must have a vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain at least one national stormwater certification within one year: CPESC, CESSWI, CPSWQ, or CISEC.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.

Responsabilidades

• Sign and submit stormwater regulatory permit applications.
• Manage the Division Stormwater Management Program in compliance with regulations.
• Communicate with regulators and coordinate responses to information requests.
• Oversee third-party contractors and consultants for stormwater compliance.
• Liaise with regulatory agencies and participate in inspections and investigations.
