Job summary

D.R. Horton, Inc. is looking for a Division Stormwater Compliance Specialist I to manage the Division Stormwater Management Program in line with federal, state, and local regulations.

You will work with the Division President and various departments to ensure compliance and successful permit management. The role requires coordination with corporate and regional teams, inspections, and ongoing training. Occasional weekend work and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma and stormwater experience.
• Must be able to work with federal, state, and local stormwater regulations.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email; ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Sign and submit stormwater regulatory permit applications.
• Manage Division Stormwater Management Program in accordance with regulations and internal standards.
• Coordinate with regulators and internal teams; respond to information requests.
