Responsibilities

• Organize and prepare work schedules for field staff.
• Ensure an appropriate amount of staff is available for each work shift.
• Approve and schedule time off for field staff and fill vacancies to meet client requirements.
• Create and maintain daily staffing reports using Continulink, ISAS and Google Docs Spreadsheets.
• Report inconsistencies, vacancies and scheduling concerns to management for action.
• Verify employee work hours with payroll to ensure accurate disbursement.
