Qualifications

• Experience: 3 years in staffing or recruiting.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong MS Office skills and clerical training desirable.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Proactively schedules and reassigns staff to match current needs.
• Communicates with unit leadership and staffing colleagues across facilities.
• Books available colleagues to open shifts.
• Assists in orientation and training of new team members with HR.
• Maintains staffing profiles in Oracle with HRIS.
• Screens applicants and schedules interviews.
• Develops staffing policy changes with Staffing Director.
• Enter orders in staffing technology to source candidates.
• Maintain rapport with colleagues and resolve conflicts.
• Creates reports with candidates and staffing department.
• Attends meetings and serves on committees.
