Job summary

Roche is seeking a Field Solutions Specialist to act as the regional automation expert, guiding workflow optimization and system utilization across Northeast accounts. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and support post-implementation ownership.

The role requires a chemistry/biology/clinical lab background, strong consultative skills, and travel up to 75% within the region; ideal candidates reside near major airports in the Northeast. Relocation benefits are not available.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Strong communication and customer consultation skills.
Experience supporting laboratory automation solutions is preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as regional workflow, application, and automation expert for Roche systems.
Provide guidance on workflow, specimen flow, operational efficiency, and integration.
Lead workflow assessments and optimization activities post-implementation.
Coordinate visits, reviews, and health assessments across accounts.
Support transition to long-term operational ownership and cross-functional teams.
