Roche is seeking a Field Solutions Specialist for the Northeast region to act as the regional automation expert, optimizing laboratory workflows and supporting Roche automation solutions.

The role involves post-go-live ownership, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and frequent travel within the Northeast. Ideal candidates reside near major airports in or near Boston, Hartford, Baltimore, or Washington, D.C.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Information Technology, Computer Science, Chemistry, Biology or Clinical Laboratory or equivalent work experience.
• 3 years of experience implementing, and evaluating complex laboratory, IT products, medical diagnostic

Responsibilities

• Serve as the regional automation expert for Roche systems and workflows.
• Provide consultative guidance on workflow, automation, middleware, and application utilization.
• Lead workflow optimization activities post-implementation and hypercare.
• Coordinate regional automation support with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain advanced knowledge of automation software and differentiate issues for routing.
