City Wide Facility Solutions in Los Angeles seeks a Facility Solutions Manager to run the operations for a portfolio of commercial clients. You will perform daily field visits, quality inspections, and oversee contracted services with a focus on client satisfaction and account growth.

You will negotiate contracts, coordinate with independent contractors, and ensure accurate billing and service delivery, while maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years sales/management experience in building maintenance or facility management.
• Strong client relationship, account growth, and contract negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage business operations for an assigned client base in the West LA area.
• Conduct site visits, quality inspections, and coordinate with contractors.
• Expand client relationships and identify add‑on sales opportunities.
• Oversee pricing, staffing, and logistics for projects; supervise ICs and CCOs.
• Ensure on‑time invoicing and accurate billing for services.
