Job summary

MSC Industrial Supply Co. is seeking a Solutions Service Specialist in San Antonio, TX to manage inventory at customer sites, perform put-away, replenishment, and basic repairs on solution equipment.

You will work with sales and business development to retain customers and drive revenue through effective solution support. The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, strong customer service, excellent communication, and proficiency with Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain stock levels (min/max) to meet demand.
• Receive, unpack, and put away products at solution points of use.
• Perform basic repairs on solution equipment to standards.
• Log daily activities using routing software.
• Build relationships with customer contacts to ensure retention.
• Promote MSC CARE program execution (Clean, Arrange, Relationships, Exceeded Expectations).
• Maintain 6S standards in all solution areas.
• Follow safety and compliance protocols.
