Job summary

You will collaborate with sales and business development to grow revenue while ensuring high customer satisfaction. The role requires learning multiple systems (SAP, AS400, ASI, Vending Portal, Salesforce, Tableau), maintaining 6S standards, and adhering to safety and compliance protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service, Telesales, Outside Sales, Storeroom or Inventory Management is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and general computer literacy.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain appropriate stock levels (min/max) to meet customer demand.
• Receive, unpack, and put away products at all solution points of use.
• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on solution equipment to company standards.
• Use routing software to log and track daily account activities.
• Learn operating systems such as SAP, AS400, ASI, Vending Portal, Salesforce, and Tableau.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer contacts to ensure solution retention.
• Communicate with key customer personnel to resolve issues related to Inventory Management solutions.
• Drive product expansion through spot buy and incremental solution growth.
• Maintain 6S standards in all solution areas.
