Job summary

Pentair is seeking a Field Product Advisor to support our Kansas City, KS team with expert product knowledge and field service excellence. You will partner with Sales, Warranty, and Training leadership to ensure accurate guidance, effective field training, and smooth product launches, while maintaining strong customer relationships and adherence to Pentair standards.

You will travel up to 50% to deliver on-site and virtual support, conduct live demonstrations, and coordinate with regional

Qualifications

Experience in technical support, product training, or field service in manufacturing/industrial settings.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience collaborating with third-party service providers.
Travel up to 50% as required.
Bachelor's degree preferred in related field.

Responsibilities

Deliver on-site and virtual technical support with Sales, Warranty, and Training Leadership.
Facilitate product training and live demonstrations at customer locations and events.
Support product launches with field validation and warranty readiness feedback.
Build and manage relationships with third-party service partners per Pentair standards.
Act as a field liaison between Sales, Product Management, and Customer Support.
Share actionable field insights to improve training content and product updates.
