Roche is seeking a Field Solutions Specialist for the Northeast US to act as the regional automation expert across Roche automation systems. You will advise on workflow, middleware integration, and operational efficiency, driving post-implementation success and regional optimization.

The role involves 50-75% travel, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and ongoing education of FAS personnel to improve workflow and hardware coordination.

Qualifikationen

3 years of experience implementing and evaluating complex laboratory IT products.
Experience supporting Roche automation solutions or equivalent platforms and laboratory operations.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, including customer engagement.

Aufgaben

Serve as the primary regional workflow, application, and automation expert for Roche automation systems.
Provide consultative guidance on workflow, specimen flow, operational efficiency, middleware integration, and application utilization.
Lead workflow optimization activities after implementation and post-go-live support.
Coordinate regional automation support activities with cross-functional teams.
Coach and mentor regional field staff to build capability.
