Terra Energy is looking for a field-based site survey role to support residential solar projects. You will conduct on-site surveys, measure site conditions, and document findings to guide design and installation, while maintaining clear communication with internal teams.

The role requires outdoor work, attention to detail, independent work in the field, and reliable coordination with sales, design, permitting, and installation teams. OSHA 10 and drone certification are a plus.

Qualifications

Experience in solar, construction, roofing, surveying or related field.
Understand basic residential electrical systems and roof structures.
Proficient with smartphones, tablets and mobile apps.

Responsabilités

Conduct on-site surveys for residential and commercial solar projects.
Measure roof dimensions, pitch, azimuth, shading, and structural conditions.
Review electrical panels, meter locations and interconnection points.
Capture site documentation with photos and drone imagery (if certified).
Identify installation challenges such as roof damage, obstructions, shading, or access limits.
Enter survey data into company software and CRM tools.
