Job summary

Terra Energy is seeking a field-based Site Surveyor to perform on-site surveys for residential solar installations. You will collect accurate measurements, assess site conditions, and document data for system design and planning.

This role acts as the on-site eyes and ears to ensure designs can be built efficiently and safely. The position requires detail orientation, reliability, and the ability to work independently in the field while maintaining strong communication with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Have experience in solar, construction, roofing, surveying, or a related field.
• Understand basic residential electrical systems and roof structures.
• Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Are comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights.

Responsibilities

• Conducting site surveys for residential and commercial solar projects.
• Measuring roof dimensions, pitch, azimuth, shading, and structural conditions.
