Job summary

Modivcare is seeking an experienced Field Services Specialist to join our team. This role supports field investigations, observations, and provider relations activities to help ensure compliance with organizational standards and contractual requirements, and to maintain high-quality transportation services.

You will schedule field work, conduct visits to healthcare facilities and providers to verify service levels and on-time performance, and assist with training compliance and Train-the-Trainer

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 0+ years of experience.
• Valid driver's license for the appropriate vehicle type.
• Equival ent combination of education and/or experience.
• Basic knowledge of healthcare regulations.
• Basic knowledge of local road laws and navigation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with field investigations, observations and provider relations activities.
• Schedule field work in collaboration with organizational leadership.
• Conduct scheduled and random visits to facilities to verify service and adherence to standards.
• Support Train-the-Trainer certification for Passenger Assistance.
• Communicate findings to leadership and aid in action plans.
• Oversee training compliance with prescribed curriculum.
• Participate in special projects and market initiatives.
• Occasional local travel as needed.
