Modivcare Solutions, LLC is seeking a Field Services Specialist II to support field investigations, provider relations and training compliance for high-quality transportation services. You will collaborate with leadership to schedule visits, verify contract standards, and maintain trainer certifications.

The role includes attending third-party trainings, identifying issues, and assisting in action plans. Expect up to 75% local travel and a strong emphasis on compliance and communication.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• CTAA and/or NSC certifications are a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in field investigations, observations and provider relations support.
• Schedule field work in collaboration with organizational leadership.
• Verify provider adherence to contract standards for drivers and vehicles; monitor on-time performance.
• Maintain train-the-trainer certifications for CTAA/NSC.
• Attend trainings conducted by third-party trainers to ensure compliance with CTAA/NSC standards.
• Proactively inform leadership of findings and help create action plans.
• Travel locally 75%+ within the assigned state.

Position Responsibilities

This position is responsible for assisting in performing random and/or assigned field investigations, observations, and provider relations support. This role supports provider oversight, training compliance, and market initiatives while helping maintain high-quality transportation services. This role schedules field work in collaboration with organizational leadership. Performs assisted scheduled and random visits to healthcare facilities and contracted providers to verify level of service, provider's adherence to contract standards for drivers and vehicles, and on-time performance. Tracks and maintains train-the-trainer certification for Passenger Assistance. Attends random or scheduled training sessions being conducted by third-party trainers to ensure trainers are maintaining the CTAA/NSC instructional standard. Makes preliminary determination on trainer compliance with CTAA/NSC training. Informs leadership of findings and provides support in creating an appropriate action plan. Oversees training compliance with the organization's prescribed curriculum. Supports network digitization, platform utilization, and other market specific initiatives. Participate in other projects or duties as assigned. Occasional business travel may be required.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• One (1) plus years of field service experience.
• Valid driver's license for the appropriate vehicle type.
• CTAA and/or NSC certifications a plus.
• Defensive Driving and PASS training a plus.
• Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Experience in healthcare or compliance-related setting.
• Knowledge of routine transportation and/or vehicle maintenance check-ups.
• Knowledge of local area road laws and regulations and the ability to read and follow maps and/or GPS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills with the ability to train a prescribed curriculum.
• Ability to follow complex instructions.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Willing and able to travel locally 75%+ within assigned state.
• Ability to use a hands-free mobile phone.

Salary: $18 - $22/hr
