Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Field Operations Trainer to schedule and conduct field visits, verify provider adherence to standards, and maintain trainer certifications across assigned facilities. You will collaborate with leadership to ensure on-time performance and service quality.

The role requires strong communication, map/GPS literacy, and the ability to travel locally 75%+ within the state, while supporting network digitization and platform initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required and relevant field service experience.
• Valid driver's license for the appropriate vehicle type.
• Experience in healthcare or compliance-related setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of local area road laws and ability to read maps or GPS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Willing to travel locally 75%+ within assigned state.

Responsibilities

• Schedules field work in collaboration with organizational leadership.
• Performs assisted scheduled and random visits to healthcare facilities and contracted providers to verify level of service, provider's adherence to contract standards for drivers and vehicles, and on-time performance.
• Tracks and maintains train-the-trainer certification for Passenger Assistance.
• Attends training sessions conducted by third-party trainers to ensure CTAA/NSC instructional standards are maintained.
• Informs leadership of findings and provides support in creating an action plan.
• Oversees training compliance with the organization's curriculum.
• Supports network digitization, platform utilization, and market initiatives.
• Occasional business travel may be required.
