Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Provider Relations Manager I to develop and maintain positive provider relationships across geographic areas and with multiple departments. The role includes training providers, driving key performance metrics, and collaborating with Operations to streamline processes.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of related experience, plus strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Travel about 70% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in a related role.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts.
• Interpersonal skills across stakeholders at varying levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of non-emergency transportation brokerage.

Responsibilities

• Manages transportation execution across all modes for the assigned area.
• Manages provider relationships at local and regional levels.
• Provides training to providers and staff on policies, processes, portals, and system changes.
• Drives performance in key metrics and provider performance against targets.
• Partners with Operations leadership to drive process improvements and reduce issues.
• Uses data to identify root causes and resolve network problems.
• Escalates issues requiring cross-functional input.
• Supports safety and compliance initiatives.
• Travels 70% to meet providers, attend events, and visit markets.
