Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Field Support Manager- Staffing to oversee compliance and day-to-day operations within our Maryland field office. You will supervise field staff, coordinate onboarding, payroll, credentialing, and ensure adherence to HIPAA and accreditation standards.

You will collaborate with Business Development, Recruitment, and Clinical teams to implement best practices, manage HQM dashboards, and support client relationships while overseeing billing accuracy and

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred in Business, Healthcare Administration or RN.
• Minimum one year operations or administrative experience in healthcare.
• Must meet federal, state, and local requirements.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversees onboarding, payroll, credentialing for caregivers and field staff.
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards.
• Manages payroll and billing quality assurance.
• Interacts with Revenue Cycle and Contracts teams.
• Maintains HQM metrics and scorecards.
