Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of electro-mechanical field experience.
• Proficient with Outlook/Teams and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service on-site and provide technical expertise at client sites.
• Master commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair of all Lutron Commercial Systems.
• Coordinate and manage site visits with contractors, facility managers, and stakeholders.
• Operate independently across diverse commercial job sites with professionalism.
• Support lifecycle of Lutron products including diagnostics, repairs, and upgrades.
