Lutron Electronics Co., Inc seeks a Field Services Specialist to join our NYC area team. You will be the face of Lutron at customer sites, ensuring lighting and shading systems are commissioned and maintained. The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, on-site service, and collaboration with engineers, sales, and support to optimize performance. Expect travel and a comprehensive benefits package.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of electro-mechanical or related field experience.
• Proficient with Outlook/Teams and MS Office; basic networking knowledge preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical systems and providing on-site customer service.
• Willingness to travel about 30% of the time.

Mansioni

• Deliver on-site support and technical expertise to clients.
• Master commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair of Lutron Commercial Systems.
• Coordinate and manage site visits with contractors and facility managers.
• Operate independently across diverse commercial job sites.
• Support lifecycle from diagnostics to system upgrades to maximize performance.
• Act as SME for legacy systems and products.
