Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting electrical systems and providing on-site customer service.
• Willingness to travel about 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site support and technical expertise to clients.
• Master commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair of Lutron Commercial Systems.
• Coordinate and manage site visits with contractors and facility managers.
• Operate independently across diverse commercial job sites.
• Support lifecycle from diagnostics to system upgrades to maximize performance.
• Act as SME for legacy systems and products.
