Job summary

Custom Computer Specialists is seeking a Level 2 Field Services Technician for our Hauppauge, Long Island office. You will join the Network Operations Center team, handling on-site and remote support across client environments.

The role requires 2–4 years in help desk or technical support, strong Windows and AD skills, and the ability to manage tickets and outages. Local travel and on-call rotation are part of the position.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in Help Desk/Technical Support.
• Experience with PC hardware, software, and Windows OS.
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11 installation, config, admin, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provision, deploy, and decommission client equipment.
• Assist with migrations, data transfers, and implementations.
• Provide remote and onsite support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
