Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or certifications (A+, Network+) preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must own and maintain a reliable personal vehicle for travel to customer sites.
• May lift equipment up to ~50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client sites to diagnose and resolve IT issues.
• Perform onsite installations of workstations, networking equipment, and peripherals.
• Conduct basic network troubleshooting and hardware replacements.
• Support site builds, relocations, and technology rollouts.
• Document all work in the ticketing system.
• Monitor and respond to alerts and service requests in NOC/remote role.
