Position Overview:

• Term: 1+ year
• Location: Remote (100% travel)
• Pay: $30.00 - $37.00, based on experience
• Hours: Standard business hours

Our Field Services Team delivers solutions that foster long-term customer relationships. You will act as a first response, communicating effectively, organizing, triaging issues, and resolving problems proactively. Our training programs support rapid learning and professional growth, with mentorship and coaching across territories.

Responsibilities:

• Install and remove non-powered equipment hardware
• Handle wiring and connections on non-working equipment and switchboard cables
• Perform verification and continuity testing
• Analyze job specifications and drawings
• Understand Scope of Work (SOW) and prepare Job Change Order (JCO) summaries
• Assign tasks to Skill Level 1 and 2 Installers
• Prepare Method of Procedure (MOP) and write Job Information Memorandums (JIMs)
• Resolve issues related to job specifications and drawings
• Update office record drawings
• Conduct quality inspections during and after installation

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent
• Authorized to work in the US
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and RealID/Passport for travel
• At least 25 years old
• Basic PC and electronic skills, familiarity with hardware and OS
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodations
• Willingness to travel extensively by driving
• Availability for rotating and weekend shifts
• Ability to lift tools and equipment up to 75 lbs. alone, 150 lbs. with assistance
• Physical ability to perform bending, squatting, walking, standing, and manual tasks
• Willing to obtain various certifications and possess basic hand tools
