Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Field Services Supervisor in Athens, GA to oversee fulfillment operations from the node to the home, coordinating installation and service delivery to meet customer expectations and company standards.

You will mentor technicians, perform quality control, and drive operational excellence across teams while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in electronics or related field
• 5+ years field technician experience
• Supervisory experience in a technical environment
• Experience with Cat5/Cat6 installation
• Valid driver’s license per Spectrum standards

Responsibilities

• Lead field teams to deliver on-site installations and troubleshooting
• Perform quality control checks and field safety observations
• Resolve escalated customer issues and prevent future concerns through operational excellence
• Mentor employees with ongoing feedback and performance evaluations
• Coordinate cross-department collaboration and maintain accurate records
