Job summary

Connected Solutions is seeking a Field Supervisor in Atlanta, GA to oversee on-site service, diagnostics and repairs for telecom systems at multiple customer sites. You will manage technicians, assess performance, and coordinate with partners and fulfillment teams, with up to 75% travel and possible overnight stays.

The role requires strong leadership, problem solving and communication skills, with a focus on continuous training and program improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree not mandatory.
• Three to five years in a Field Technician role or similar leadership position.
• Experience leading others and coordinating teams in field operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet, educate and interact with customers and partners.
• Install/repair and explain functionality of telecom technologies to customers and coworkers.
• Identify failures and implement process improvements; document changes.
• Lead field technicians, manage orders and ensure on-time completion.
• Develop relationships with partners, regional managers and customers.
