Job summary

This hands-on leader role focuses on managing technicians, route-based operations, and field service teams in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

You will recruit, coach, and retain staff, ensure safety and certifications, and optimize scheduling, routing, and budgeting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience managing technicians, service crews, or field employees.
• Strong background in daily operations, production management, and workforce planning.
• Experience with routing, scheduling, labor management, and KPI-driven performance.
• Proven ability to hire, train, coach, and develop successful teams.
• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to resolve issues quickly.
• Experience managing budgets, productivity, and operational performance.
