Job summary

Charter Communications is seeking a Field Services Manager to lead fulfillment teams, oversee installations, service and maintenance, and drive operational excellence across departments. You will guide network performance, staff development and strategic improvements that directly impact customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electronics or related field
• Certifications such as NCTI, SCTE, BCT/E
• 5+ years technical supervisory experience or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Manage technical operations to maintain network integrity and deliver quality voice, video and data services
• Provide technical guidance and support to teams on technologies, standards and staff development
• Oversee purchasing, budgeting, and deployment of new products and capital projects
• Quality assurance direction on new and existing technologies; ensure FCC compliance and resolve escalated issues
• Monitor material management, inventory control, safety training and security procedures
• Maintain accurate records and reporting of activity to field operations management
• Develop frontline leadership teams and drive performance improvements and positive employee relations
