Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electronics or related field.
• Industry certifications such as NCTI, SCTE, BCT/E.
• 5+ years of technical supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical operations to maintain network integrity and assure delivery of quality voice, video and data services to customers.
• Provide technical guidance and support to your team on technologies, operational standards and staff development.
• Oversee purchasing, budgeting, business plan development and deployment of new products and capital projects.
• Deliver quality assurance direction on new and existing technologies, ensuring compliance with FCC standards and resolving escalated customer issues.
• Monitor and review material management, inventory control, safety training and security procedures for adherence to company policies.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation, reporting activity and results to field operations management.
• Develop and support frontline leadership teams, driving performance improvement and positive employee relations.
