Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop field technicians; recruit, hire, train, coach and evaluate performance.
• Oversee routing, scheduling, workforce planning and daily production.
• Monitor quality standards and customer satisfaction; conduct field audits.
• Drive productivity and profitability; manage labor and department performance.
• Support budgeting, resource planning and branch growth initiatives.
