Job summary

GAF is recruiting for a Field Services Rotational Associate-Northeast. The 2-year program develops recent graduates into leaders through rotations across Field Services, Liquid Applied Roofing, and Roofing Principles.

The role is based in the Northeast with a home office and travel 30–60% to customers and events. You will gain hands-on experience in roof inspections, training, and cross-functional projects driving value for GAF.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Internship, co-op, or apprenticeship in construction or roofing preferred.
• Knowledge of roofing materials and water management products.

Responsibilities

• Assist roof inspections (startups, interims, finals) and leak/complaint inspections.
• Travel to neighboring areas to complete roof inspections.
• Learn prioritization of inspection requests to optimize schedules.
• Assist with problem resolution and communicate with customers in writing.
• Support coatings projects and assist contractor training as needed.
• Collaborate with design and drafting needs for CSI specs and installation manuals.
