Job summary

GAF is looking for a Field Services Rotational Associate-Northeast. This two-year program develops leaders through hands-on inspections, training, and strategic projects across Field Services, including rotations in Liquid Applied Roofing and Roofing Principles.

You will work from a Northeast base, collaborate with mentors, and gain exposure to high-impact initiatives while traveling 30-60% to customers and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Previous internship/apprenticeship or co-op related experience in construction or roofing environment.
• Knowledge of the building material industry specifically roofing and water management products.

Responsibilities

• Assist with roof inspections including start ups, interims, finals, and leak and complaint inspections.
• Travels to neighboring areas to complete roof inspections.
• Learn how to prioritize open inspection requests to formulate a productive and efficient schedule.
• Assists in problem resolution and complaints and provides proper written communication to GAF and GAF owners/customers.
