Job summary

GAF is seeking a Field Services Rotational Associate to join a two-year program designed to fast-track recent graduates into leadership roles. You will rotate through Field Services, Liquid Applied Roofing, and Roofing Principles rotations while supporting inspections, troubleshooting, and training for partners across the Northeast region.

The role requires travel up to 60% to customer sites and events, with in-home office setup and dedicated mentorship to develop leadership and technical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or Construction Management required.
• Internship/apprenticeship or co-op related experience in construction or roofing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of building material industry, roofing and water management products.

Responsibilities

• Assist with roof inspections including start ups, interims, finals, and leak and complaint inspections.
• Travel to neighboring areas to complete roof inspections.
• Learn how to prioritize open inspection requests to formulate an efficient schedule.
• Assist in problem resolution and communicate with GAF and customers in writing.
