Job summary

GAF is seeking a Field Services Rotational Associate-Northeast to join a two-year development program designed to prepare recent graduates for leadership roles in Field Services. You will inspect residential and commercial roofing, troubleshoot leaks, and provide technical training to partners.

Rotations are guided by business needs and mentor input. Based in the Northeast, this role requires 30-60% travel to customers and events, with signage of a dedicated manager and mentor to support growth

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or Construction Management.
Previous internship/apprenticeship or co-op related experience in construction or roofing environment.
Knowledge of the building material industry specifically roofing and water management products.

Responsibilities

Assist with roof inspections including start ups, interims, finals, and leak and complaint inspections.
Travels to neighboring areas to complete roof inspections.
Learn how to prioritize open inspection requests to formulate a productive and efficient schedule.
Assists with leak and complaint inspections as assigned.
Assists in problem resolution and complaints and provides proper written communication to GAF and GAF owners/customers.
