Job summary

GAF's Field Services Rotational Associate—Northeast is a two-year development program for recent graduates to grow into leaders within our Field Services organization. You’ll work on inspections, troubleshooting, and training, rotating through Field Services, Liquid Applied Roofing, and Roofing Principles roles while building leadership and technical skills.

Based in the Northeast with a home office option, this role requires 30–60% travel to customers and events, and mentorship from a dedicated

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or Construction Management
• Previous internship/apprenticeship or co-op related experience in construction or roofing environment
• Knowledge of the building material industry specifically roofing and water management products

Responsibilities

• Assists with roof inspections including start ups, interims, finals, and leak and complaint inspections
• Travels to neighboring areas to complete roof inspections
• Learn how to prioritize open inspection requests to formulate a productive and efficient schedule
• Assists with leak and complaint inspections as assigned
• Assists in problem resolution and complaints and provides proper written communication to GAF and GAF owners/customers.
