Job summary

GAF is seeking a Field Services Rotational Associate-Northeast in the United States. The program accelerates recent graduates into leaders, with rotations across Field Services and opportunities to work on major projects and initiatives.

Expect travel 30-60% to customers and events, with a dedicated manager and mentor to support development. The role involves inspections, troubleshooting, training business partners, and contributing to signiﬁcant value at GAF over a two-year rotation for future

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or Construction Management.
Previous internship/apprenticeship or co-op related experience in construction or roofing environment.
Knowledge of the building material industry specifically roofing and water management products.

Responsibilities

Assist with roof inspections including start ups, interims, finals, and leak and complaint inspections.
Travel to neighboring areas to complete roof inspections.
Learn how to prioritize open inspection requests to formulate a productive and efficient schedule.
Assist with leak and complaint inspections as assigned.
Assist in problem resolution and provide proper written communication to GAF and owners/customers.
