Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in Business, Engineering, or Construction Management.
Previous internship/apprenticeship or co-op in construction or roofing environment.
Knowledge of building material industry, roofing and water management products.

Responsibilities

Assist roof inspections including start ups, interims, finals, and leak/complaint inspections.
Travel to neighboring areas to complete roof inspections.
Prioritize open inspection requests to formulate a productive schedule.
Assist with leak/complaint inspections and provide proper written communication to GAF and owners/customers.
Support design, drafting, and CSI specifications for projects and stakeholders.
